I am trustworthy honest and I'm looking for the same thing in a nice lady. The first thingin any relationship is that you must trust one another. If there is no trust then there is no relationship. Do not be afraid of who and what you are, don't send pictures of yourself that you took 10 years ago, be honest. No one on this Earth is perfect so do not pretend to be perfect be who you are so when you find that someone that you adore you don't have to try to remember everything that you said because it's not true. Have faith in yourself and I will give you honesty about myself. Like I said I want to make some nice lady very happy and in return I want to be happy with her. I am 69 and for my age I am very healthy get around very well I still like to go riding on my bike play a little basketball do a little bit of running stay stretched out eat very healthy no meat lots of vegetables fruits water teas no sugars well let me say that again I do get a sweet tooth sometimes so I'm going to say very limited amount of sugar. so ladies I am very chocolate and love to have fun and laugh and make you laugh at my corny jokes these are the best years of our life so let's make it fun and I will try my best to make your life very very happy.
